Mount Mckinley top 6 highest mountains in the world, it is the highest peak in the North America, at a height of 20,320 feet (6,194 m). they called this mountain as Bolshaya Gora in Russians it means Big Mountain. One of my mountaineering friend climbed Mount Mckinley and what he say to us is that it is so difficult to climb; you really need the perfect mountaineering gears and good conditioning.
Mount Mckinley is located in the central portion of the Alaska Range, which spans much of south central Alaska. It is approximately 130 miles (209 km) north-northwest of Anchorage and 155 miles (249 km) southwest of Fairbanks. The summit is approximately 35 miles (56 km) from the nearest major road, the George Parks Highway.
There are a lot of mountaineers climb Mount Mckinley and there are still a lot of mountaineers from different mountaineering clubs wants to climb to Mount Mckinley because of the beauty that the mountain can offer.
This Mountain half of it is covered with snow and with that you can see a lot of Glacier, one of the glaciers you can find is in the eastern side of the mountain in the massif you can find the Traleika Glacier.
